ΑΛΛΑΓΕΣ

Oι αλλαγές γίνονται εντός 14 ημερών από την ημερομηνία παράδοσης.
Κατόπιν επικοινωνίας μέσω email στο cheers@weridelocal.com, σας αποστέλλουμε νέο προïόν και εσείς δίνετε χέρι με χέρι στον μεταφορέα το προïόν που θέλετε να αλλάξετε. Τα έξοδα αποστολής επιβαρύνουν εσάς και είναι 5€.
Tο προïόν θα πρέπει να είναι στην κατάσταση που το παραλάβατε, χωρίς να έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί και με τις ετικέτες του.



ΕΠΙΣΤΡΟΦΕΣ

Οι επιστροφές των προϊόντων γίνονται εντός 14 ημερών από την ημερομηνία παράδοσης.

Η απόδειξη θα πρέπει να συνοδεύει το προιόν επιστροφής. Αν για οποιοδήποτε λόγω δεν υπάρχει/έχει χαθεί κτλ, το ποσό θα επιστραφεί με την μορφή κουπονιού για μελλοντική αγορά. Μόλις παραλάβουμε το προιόν και ελεγχθεί η κατάστασή του, θα προβούμε σε πίστωση του ποσού στον λογαριασμό σας. θα χρειαστούμε: ονοματεπώνυμο δικαιούχου, IBAN και όνομα τραπέζης που θα γίνει η κατάθεση του ποσού).

Τα έξοδα αποστολής των επιστροφών σας επιβαρύνουν εξ ολόκληρου, ασχέτως εταιρείας courier που θα επιλέξετε.

Στον λογαριασμό σας θα πιστωθεί μόνο το ποσό των επιστρεφόμενων προϊόντων και όχι τα έξοδα αποστολής της αρχικής παραγγελίας, αν αυτά έχουν χρεωθεί (Για παραγγελίες άνω των 70Ε τα έξοδα αποστολής εντός Ελλάδας είναι δωρεάν) .

Product changes are made within 14 days from the date indicated on the purchase receipt.

Please follow the steps below:

  • Make sure the product is in its original condition. It should be free from wear, stains, washing and strong odours (e.g. cologne) , no labels removed and include the order document and proof of purchase.
  • Contact us by mail at cheers@weridelocal.com or by phone at +30 2112154745 daily (MONDAY-FRIDAY) between 10:00-16:00 and inform us of your request and the reason for the product change. We are interested and would like to hear what you think!
  • We will send you the new product, and once you receive it, you hand the old product to the courier.
  • The shipping costs of the changes are at your expense and are 5E (for changes within Greece). In case the change is due to our fault the shipping costs are covered by us.
  • The value of the new product should be the same or higher. In case there is a difference in price, payment is made either by cash on delivery or by bank deposit to the account you will find below.
  • In case of choosing a product of a lower value than the returned product, the refund is not possible but will be made by creating a voucher for future use in our e-shop or in our physical store.
  • As soon as the new product is ready for shipment we will inform you by mail with the tracking number of General Postal Service. Don't forget to check your spam mails too!

PRODUCT CHANGES

Product changes are made within 14 days from the date indicated on the purchase receipt.

  • Contact us by mail at weridelocalshop@gmail.com or by phone at +30 2112154745 daily (MONDAY-FRIDAY) between 10:00-16:00 and inform us of your request and the reason for the product change. We are interested and would like to hear what you think!
  • The exchange product should be shipped to us at the address you will find at Contact Us menu. When we will receive the package we will deliver the new one. The shipping cost is covered by you for both shipments.
  • Make sure the product is in its original condition. It should be free from wear, stains, washing and strong odours (e.g. cologne) , no labels removed and include the order document and proof of purchase.
 REFUNDS
  • You have the option to send the product by any carrier you wish (shipping details are listed at the Contact Us menu). Please be aware that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product.
  • The receipt should be included at the package in order to complete the refund. If not then we will make a coupon with the same amount for future purchace. 
Once we receive the product and the corresponding quality control is done we will contact you to complete the return process.

There are two ways to process the monetary transaction.
    1. To make a credit of equal value to the returned product for a future purchase from our e-shop or physical store.
    2. To refund you the amount of the returned product (in this case we will need some of your details such as: full name, IBAN and name of the bank where the amount will be deposited) or Paypal. Please be informed that your account will be credited only the amount of the returned products and not the shipping costs of the order, if they have been charged
    • Once the process is complete we will contact you again by mail ( Don't forget... take a look at your spam :) )
