ΕΛΛΑΔΑ & ΕΕ — ΑΛΛΑΓΕΣ & ΕΠΙΣΤΡΟΦΕΣ
ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑ ΥΠΑΝΑΧΩΡΗΣΗΣ (14 ΗΜΕΡΕΣ)
Ως καταναλωτής που αγοράζει online, έχετε το νόμιμο δικαίωμα να υπαναχωρήσετε από την παραγγελία σας εντός 14 ημερολογιακών ημερών από την ημερομηνία παράδοσης, χωρίς να χρειάζεται να αναφέρετε κάποιον λόγο.
Για να ασκήσετε αυτό το δικαίωμα:
- Συνδεθείτε στον λογαριασμό σας στο account.weridelocal.com και ξεκινήστε το αίτημά σας απευθείας από την παραγγελία σας — ή επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας μέσω email στο cheers@weridelocal.com ή τηλεφωνικώς στο +30 211 215 4745 (Δευτέρα–Παρασκευή, 10:00–16:00).
- Η δήλωση υπαναχώρησης πρέπει να γίνει εντός 14 ημερών από την παράδοση. Έχετε στη διάθεση σας 14 επιπλέον ημέρες από τη δήλωση για να μας επιστρέψετε το προϊόν.
Το προϊόν πρέπει να βρίσκεται στην αρχική του κατάσταση — αχρησιμοποίητο, χωρίς λεκέδες ή έντονες οσμές, με τις ετικέτες του ανέπαφες.
Τα έξοδα αποστολής επιστροφής βαρύνουν εσάς, εκτός αν το προϊόν είναι ελαττωματικό ή λάθος (βλ. παρακάτω).
ΕΠΙΣΤΡΟΦΗ ΧΡΗΜΑΤΩΝ
Μόλις παραλάβουμε και ελέγξουμε το επιστρεφόμενο προϊόν, θα σας επιστρέψουμε το πλήρες ποσό — συμπεριλαμβανομένων των αρχικών εξόδων αποστολής (τυπική επιλογή) — εντός 14 ημερών.
Η επιστροφή χρημάτων γίνεται με τον ίδιο τρόπο πληρωμής που χρησιμοποιήσατε κατά την αγορά (π.χ. κάρτα, PayPal, αντικαταβολή). Δεν μπορούμε να σας χρεώσουμε επιπλέον κόστος για την επιστροφή χρημάτων.
Εάν επιλέξατε αναβαθμισμένη μέθοδο αποστολής κατά την παραγγελία (π.χ. express), επιστρέφουμε μόνο το κόστος της τυπικής αποστολής.
Σημείωση: Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να αναβάλουμε την επιστροφή χρημάτων μέχρι να παραλάβουμε το προϊόν ή μέχρι να μας προσκομίσετε απόδειξη αποστολής.
ΑΛΛΑΓΕΣ ΠΡΟΪΟΝΤΟΣ
Αν θέλετε αλλαγή μεγέθους ή χρώματος, ξεκινήστε το αίτημά σας από τον λογαριασμό σας στο account.weridelocal.com ή επικοινωνήστε στο cheers@weridelocal.com εντός 14 ημερών από την παράδοση. Τα έξοδα αποστολής (αποστολή νέου προϊόντος + επιστροφή) ανέρχονται σε 5€ εντός Ελλάδας και βαρύνουν εσάς, εκτός αν η αλλαγή οφείλεται σε δικό μας λάθος.
Το προϊόν θα πρέπει να είναι αχρησιμοποίητο, με τις ετικέτες του και σε άριστη κατάσταση.
ΕΛΑΤΤΩΜΑΤΙΚΑ Ή ΛΑΘΟΣ ΠΡΟΪΟΝΤΑ — ΝΟΜΙΜΗ ΕΓΓΥΗΣΗ 2 ΕΤΩΝ
Σύμφωνα με το ευρωπαϊκό δίκαιο, έχετε δικαίωμα νόμιμης εγγύησης 2 ετών από την παράδοση για ελαττώματα που υπήρχαν κατά την παράδοση.
Αν το προϊόν σας είναι ελαττωματικό ή δεν αντιστοιχεί στην περιγραφή:
- Ξεκινήστε το αίτημά σας από το account.weridelocal.com ή επικοινωνήστε στο cheers@weridelocal.com το συντομότερο δυνατό.
- Δικαιούστε επισκευή, αντικατάσταση ή — αν αυτά δεν είναι εφικτά — επιστροφή χρημάτων ή μείωση τιμής.
- Τα έξοδα επιστροφής ελαττωματικού προϊόντος καλύπτονται από εμάς.
ΕΞΑΙΡΕΣΕΙΣ
Το δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης 14 ημερών δεν ισχύει για:
- Προϊόντα που έχουν εξατομικευτεί ή κατασκευαστεί κατόπιν παραγγελίας.
- Προϊόντα που έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί, πλυθεί ή τροποποιηθεί.

GREECE & EU — EXCHANGES & RETURNS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
As an online shopper, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:
- Log into your account at account.weridelocal.com and start your request directly from your order — or contact us at cheers@weridelocal.com or by phone at +30 211 215 4745 (Monday–Friday, 10:00–16:00).
- Your withdrawal notice must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days from that notice to return the item to us.
The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, free from stains or strong odors, with all tags still attached.
Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect (see below).
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund — including your original standard shipping costs — within 14 days.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used when placing your order (card, PayPal, cash on delivery, etc.). We cannot issue refunds as store credit or vouchers unless you explicitly request this as your preferred option.
If you chose an upgraded shipping method at checkout (e.g. express), we will refund the cost of standard shipping only.
Note: We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide proof of return shipment.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES
If you'd like to exchange a size or color, start your request at account.weridelocal.com or email us at cheers@weridelocal.com within 14 days of delivery. For exchanges within Greece, return shipping is €5, at your expense, unless the exchange is due to our error.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS — 2-YEAR LEGAL GUARANTEE
Under EU law, you are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery for any defect that existed at the time of delivery.
If your item is faulty or doesn't match the product description:
- Start your request at account.weridelocal.com or contact us at cheers@weridelocal.com as soon as possible.
- You are entitled to repair, replacement, or — where neither is possible — a refund or price reduction.
- Return shipping costs for faulty items are covered by us.
EXCEPTIONS
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items that have been personalized or made to order.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
GLOBAL ORDERS
The same rights and process apply to international orders. Start any request at account.weridelocal.com. Return shipping for standard returns is at your expense; for faulty or incorrect items, contact us and we'll arrange it. Please reach out before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address.
