IS THERE ANY STORE THAT I CAN VISIT?
You can come by our retail store in Athens, Ventouri 5, Cholargos, 15561 on working hours. Working hours are listed in the contact page of this site and at the end of every page.

WHEN YOUR ONLINE SHOP IS OUT OF STOCK IN A PRODUCT, IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY TO HAVE IT IN YOUR STORE?
No because our online shop and retail store share the same stock.
We produce limited runs of each product and when we run out of a specific design or product we can’t guarantee that we will produce it again.

RETURNS?
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
– The returned item be received by WERIDELOCAL within 15 days drom the date of purchase
– The item must have its original tags attached
– The item must be unworn and in new condition and the client is responsible for the shipping cost of the return

REFUNDS?
After receiving the returned item, WERIDELOCAL will review its condition and if it fulfills the requirements, will credit your account for the original purchased price.
WERIDELOCAL will not re-ship any order and refund any customer whose order is not received due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided during the checkout procedure unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to us.

ARE MY TRANSACTIONS SAFE?
Yes, absolutely. WERIDELOCAL does neither store, nor keed records of your personal info or your Debit Card details.

IS THE VAT (VALUE ADDED TAX) INCLUDED?
Yes, in all our product prices and shipping fees, VAT is included.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet you can cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.

WHICH ARE THE PROCCESSING TIMES?
All orders that are made before 12:00 (GREECE GMT+2) will be processd the same day. Orders later than that time will be scheduled for next business day.
Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
